Apply Changes does not fully work.

Description
Making rule changes, and then selecting "Apply Changes", seems to do something, but rules do not seem "fully" applied. Only after restarting the vuurmuur service do all the changes appear.
Running Vuurmuur_conf 0.7 on both Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10.

Can you provide more info? Such as a diff between the output of iptables-save after an "apply changes" and after the service restart?
